- Operatives will endeavour to work as cleanly and as quietly as possible at all times.
- We will work with as little disruption to our customer as possible.
- All repairs will be undertaken within 5 days of initial contact.
- All emergency repairs will be carried out within 12 hours of being reported.
- We aim to have all works complete within a stated timescale.
- We will provide every customer with a courtesy call within 5 days of works being completed.
- All customer complaints or queries will be dealt with as quickly as possible and in strickest confidence.
- Complete satisfaction is paramount in helping provide an efficient service to our customer and we will always appreciate their constructive comments in order to maintain this.
