Customer Care Policy

It is the policy or M R Electrical Services Ltd to provide a service to meet with the requirements of its customer.

  • Our customers will be treated courteously at all times whether this is by operatives, or office staff.
  • Operatives will endeavour to work as cleanly and as quietly as possible at all times.
  • We will work with as little disruption to our customer as possible.
  • All repairs will be undertaken within 5 days of initial contact.
  • All emergency repairs will be carried out within 12 hours of being reported.
  • We aim to have all works complete within a stated timescale.
  • We will provide every customer with a courtesy call within 5 days of works being completed.
  • All customer complaints or queries will be dealt with as quickly as possible and in strickest confidence.
  • Complete satisfaction is paramount in helping provide an efficient service to our customer and we will always appreciate their constructive comments in order to maintain this.
